So, it’s International Workers’ Day.
International Workers’ Day is celebrated all over the world, in honour of the struggles of the working class in the past as well as in recognition of the better world we will build in the future.

There are a wodge of activities planned, across the country, to makr the occasion, including an anti-austerity protest in Ottawa.

The Ottawa Proletarian Revolution Action Committee and the UOttawa and Carleton Marxist Students’ Associations are hosting a dance party – possibly Emma Goldman style – and info fair. As such, I’ll be on hand with information and resources – from POWER – pertaining to sexworkers, their work, and their rights.

See you this evening.
Cheers,
Ms Syren.
